I received my M.A. from Sonoma State University, from one of the only accredited programs in the country for Depth or Archetypal Psychology: the study of the human experience, integrated wholeness and transformation. I specialize in opening channels for healing, dream exploration, energy healing, sound therapy and compassionate guidance.

I have undergone intensive training with Nicki Scully, a gifted healer recognized by her community in Eugene, Oregon as a Shaman. This training grounded my 12 year study of energy work and expanded my clairvoyance and intuitive knowing about how to guide the transformational process that is required for deep healing on all levels.

I teach Emotional Intelligence, creative art therapy and currently lead workshops about embodying feminine wisdom and working with the personal shadow. In addition to addressing physical issues, I hold compassionate space for emotional and spiritual change. I inspire clients to feel empowered in their healing process, release limitations, embrace more lightness and enter the next opportunity to develop and awaken to their true nature and purpose.
